This was a new construction home that clients were building in a new location because of a job location change from Wilsonville Oregon. Clients came to me with the house plan they had chosen and what wood color for window trim and cabinets. Otherwise, all the flooring choices, paint colors, countertop materials, fixtures, lighting, hardware, furniture, art, accessories were all specified by Anita with Interior Spaces in Tualatin Oregon.
They wanted it to be a comfortable contemporary flair, with gray tones coming through, yet still working with the brown in the wood tones. The living room their primary sitting area and wanted their family of 5 to be able to have a great place to congregate and watch the fireplace and TV. They love the large U-shaped sofa and even a space for their pets to be close by!
